Regina Hebert, summertime resident of Ticonderoga NY, is bringing her passion for knitting, crocheting and spinning to her favorite vacation spot in the form of a yarn shop. "I’m a teacher in Philadelphia, and have found that the students love the fiber arts as I do. Creating something with your hands for yourself or a special gift is empowering and it keeps us in touch with the roots of our past, when life was a bit more relaxed."

  Crafty Ewe Yarn & Fabric is scheduled to open its doors on July 1, 2009 offering a variety of yarns and fabric, needles, spinning wheels and classes to all who are interested in the fiber arts. Calendars and class sign up sheets are now available online and there are even social gatherings scheduled for Sunday afternoons.
